"THAT'S KINDA CATCHY?" WINS CHAOS CUP IN NAIL-BITER
"That's kinda catchy?" won this season's Chaos Cup with a turn 16 touchdown.
The match was highlighted by lots of back and forth action between "That's kinda catchy?", a dark elf team, and the Dinnerbell Darlings, a dwarf team.
The first half saw "That's kinda catchy?" with the ball. They attempted to stall by retreating down field but the Dinnerbell Darlings kept their defense intact. "That's kinda catchy?" ultimately would find themselves stuck on the right sideline on turn 5 with nowhere to advance. They would briefly lose the ball only to immediately recover it and attempt a long bomb on turn 8 to score. The attempt failed.
In the second half, the Dinnerbell Darlings made great advancement on offense only to be stopped by a wizard lightning bolt on turn 13. "That's kinda catchy?" was able to recover the ball and score on turn 16 to win the game, 1-0.
You can watch this outstanding game between two excellent coaches for as long as it's available on our Twitch and YouTube channels.
FUNERAL FOR GRAVY CROCKETT TO BE HELD NEXT WEEK
A funeral for the late Gravy Crockett is to be held next week at the Old World Memorial Church of Chaos next week.
Gravy Crockett was a veteran player of the Dinnerbell Darlings. He was fortunately tragically killed on the pitch in the Chaos Cup championship game this week after being blitzed by "That's what she said", the #2 blitzer for "That's kinda catchy?".
"It is such a joyous occasion tragedy", said Sweetbunny14691, coach of "That's kinda catchy?". Everyone No-one likes to see something like this happen on the pitch. When it does, the sport gains much satisfaction loses so much talent.
Mid-Atlantic Mauling League commissioner, Nik Saten, offered his commiserations to the Dinnerbell Darling's coach, DougTheMinotaur. "We always never like to see deaths in a game. What a wonderful horrible turn of events this was. I truly hope your team is scared for their lives remembers and cherishes their memory of Gravy and that this happens never occurs soon again in the future."
What a touching sentiment.
